Isle Bites was launched in 2008 with full approval from the Jamaican Bureau of Standards. My first creation to market was a frozen sweet potato pudding. Since then, I have developed more than 30 recipes and launched five local and international sales products. My entrepreneurial spirit has flourished into a pursuit to bring the taste of Jamaica to other shores. Already, work is underway to expand production and produce even more great products.
